We are honest about our shipping times because I do an enormous amount of business here in my shop and every pair is made by hand in Virginia just for you!
I DO NOT except returns....once it leaves my shop it does not come back. We live it a very troubling time, COVID and the Delta virus are on the rise again. Pajamas are an intimate apparel and I have a responsibility as a shop to do my part and keep every customer as safe as possible. I cannot in good conscience take back an item and then re-ship it to someone else not knowing what It has been exposed too. I want you as my customer..but please Read the listing and look at the size chart to see what size you wear in "MY" pajamas. The hip size is the most important size , the waist is adjustable..but the hips are not. So take your time when placing your order.

SHIPPED PACKAGES: Once your package leaves my hands I am no longer responsible or able to control the shipping or delivery of your order. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stole please contact your local post office with your tracking number.

INCORRECT OR UNVERIFIED ADDRESS: We are not responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping a package that is returned to us due to incorrect shipping addresses. Only you know your address, so please take your time and enter it in the correct way for the USPS otherwise your order will be delayed, returned or lost and you will be responsible for paying for it to be reshipped. We do not give refunds on orders that are returned to us because of an incorrect address. Our items are made to order so we can not give refunds.
